Background and Philosophy

TotalCare is a social enterprise founded by Haven of Hope Christian Service in 2009, operating on a self-financing model. Its units are also recognised service providers under Social Welfare Department's Scheme of 'Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) for the Elderly.'

We are committed to providing meticulous day care and home care services for individuals aged 50 and above, aiming to meet their comprehensive physical, mental, and spiritual care needs, while also helping caregivers relieve stress and address challenges. 

We also offer diversifed staffing support and innovative training services for organizations, helping them acquire a wider range of workforce resources that capable to respond to social changes, thereby enhancing the diversities and innovations of their services.
